My chorus' holiday concert on Saturday night went pretty well. I was generally pleased with my part of the duet, and people were able to hear me. I tried to project a little more without sacrificing quality for volume. Some people weren't able to hear my duet partner, however. The audience enjoyed The Reluctant Dragon very much, so I imagine we'll be doing more of that sort of thing as time goes on.

So now I'm "free" for a few weeks until we start up again next month. (There's actually one more engagement on Christmas Day; some holiday caroling for the sick and shut-in at a local assisted living place, but it's unlikely that we'll perform more than a couple of the pieces from the concert.) It's unlikely that I'll be taking dance lessons, which probably means I won't do the showcase in March. Things are still too uncertain regarding work, etc.
