I thought about going dancing tonight, but decided to stay home and work on setting up ssh port forwarding to my test systems. One works fine, but the other doesn't. I spent a couple of hours trying various things. Sometimes it bothers me when I spend a lot of time on something and don't make any progress. OTOH, I think I am getting interested in tunneling technology. I didn't have much time to spend on it at AV. If the firewall project at DEC that I was on before I was transferred to AV hadn't run out of money, I would've been working on tunnels. (I'm not actually developing tunnels now. I'm using ssh port forwarding for the moment to test a web application.)
