The Code Boat

Various blogs and news sites are reporting on SeaCode, which offers a new twist on offshoring ... three miles offshore, it seems. They're outfitting a used cruise ship to take 600 passengers who will be non-US citizens working on US software projects. If this had come out on 4/1, I would've thought it was an April Fool's joke, but it seems to be legit.
