pay per interview?

Indeed, NotchUp has been launched to do just that. A portion of the fee paid to NotchUp goes to the candidates who interview with companies looking to hire if the companies don't feel there was any deception or fraud. Also, it is possible to get paid for referring someone to NotchUp. It's built on the premise that people who are happy in their jobs who aren't looking to leave (or colleagues of same) are the best candidates.
